​Every purchase is covered by the policies of the ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission).

Our customers are entitled to the following standards :

that their purchase is of acceptable quality, matching the product description and image of the sample,

that their purchase is fit for purpose as per the description,

that their purchase arrives in excellent condition in a timely manner.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for change of mind.

Please read the product description carefully.  It will give you important information like what materials are used.  It will give you size.  It will give you care instructions and repair, washing advice.

If the product does not  meet the standards outlined above then a full refund will be given, including postage.
